For over 40 years, we have been serving the food and beverage industry.
We offer a comprehensive selection of food and food service products that many restaurants, wholesalers, and retailers need to run their business. We carry the most trusted names, the most recognized brands, as well as hard-to-find speciality items to help you achieve your business goals.
Through our group of companies, we also own one of the largest bean sprout production facilities in Ontario and Planway Poultry Inc., a federally-licensed poultry processing and de-boning plant. Our customers have relied upon us as a trusted source for fresh bean sprouts and poultry products.
We also have a best-in-class distribution platform. We run our own fleet of vehicles to distribute products with an extensive geographic reach, to locations all across the GTHA and Southern Ontario frequently and reliably.
OUR HISTORY
Our story began in 1973.
At the time, we were one of the pioneering bean sprouts producers here in Ontario. From our facilities located in the core of Downtown Toronto, we produced, sold, and delivered our bean sprouts to customers all across the GTA. Right from the start, we were known for our fresh bean sprouts and the first-class service and commitment that we offered our customers. Business was good.
Between the years of 1978 and 2000, as our business continued to expand, we broadened our product offerings to better serve our growing customer base. Multiple business opportunities to merge with peers and fellow leaders within the food and beverage industry also presented themselves. Through these synergies, we continued to strengthen both our product offerings and bean sprout production capabilities.
We also expanded through vertical integration. Planway Poultry Inc., our federally-licensed poultry process and de-boning plant was founded in 1994 that soon became our reliable source for fresh poultry.
Today, we continue to uphold our reputation for standing behind the products we carry and for offering exceptional service and unwavering commitment to our customers. We have a comprehensive product selection, a dedicated sales team, and a best-in-class distribution platform to serve all our customers across the GTHA and Southern Ontario.
With that said, our story is still just getting started.
